    Al Wabel_ Asharqia Chamber seeks to expand investment circles between local businessmen and their counterparts abroad.
     
             Secretary General of  Asharqia Chamber, Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Wabel, has received the Australian Ambassador to the Kingdom, Dr. Ralph King and Mr. Ian Exon, First Secretary of the Embassy, During the meeting, they exchanged conversations about the fields of economic cooperation between the two countries and ways of  enhancing them in the near future.
    Al Wabel, welcomed the Australian ambassador and first secretary of the embassy during the meeting which took place recently, pointing to the expansion of the amount of business and economic exchanges between the two countries, especially those based in the eastern region, which both sides seek to improve to the best, noting to the many vital issues that are expected to form a mutual future interest and a fruitful cooperation between the two sides.
     Al Wabel assured that the importance of the eastern region, particularly in the industrial sector and natural resources available in it, reviewing the industrial cities that the region includes, and the attention given by the Kingdom Vision 2030 of its importance to facilitating the procedures for foreign investors.
    He pointed that the chamber is keen to enhance the mutual economic relations with Australia, calling for organizing a number of meetings and trade exhibitions in both the main building in Dammam and the branch of the Chamber in Jubail, to contribute in strengthening trade relations between the two countries.
    Al Wabel said that the Chamber and its different branches ready to put all its potentials to receive  the economic delegations, and providing commercial and investment information they need, in order to expand investment circles between local businessmen and their abroad counterparts.
    For his part, the Australian Ambassador, Ralph King, has confirmed the importance of improving economic cooperation mechanisms for achieving the mutual economic interests, in light of the world rapid conditions and the potential developments, expressing his hope to open more cooperation fields between the two countries, pointing to the importance of cooperation between the Chamber and the embassy in the future and the continuous communication between the two parties wither in the reception of delegations or organizing Saudi trade delegations to visit Australia.
